Facial hair is very common to males. It commonly appears during the adolescence period. This is the time when many things change in a person's body. This is around mid to late teens. It follows certain pattern even though it varies from person to person.
Generally, it all starts withe some tiny hairs in the upper lip that eventually grows to form a mustache. Beard is the next one to grow which starts in the upper cheek bones and it could be at the same time also starts in the lower lip.
It is very hard to ignore and one must properly take care of it and groomed it if he wants to sport and wants to have that facial hair. Why would someone want to have these hair? Well, it is believed time and time that it is a symbol of wisdom like the people in biblical time. And with today's fashion, having one also shows a masculinity. Many men find it also to be a source of pride and joy which makes them feel more confident.
These kinds of hair can be grown and trimmed, styled and dyed into may different shapes, forms and sizes as can be seen in fashion magazines and TV shows. The way it looks really depends on 3 regions of the face namely the ears, upper and lower lip as well as the cheeks or jaw line and neck.
If one would want to have his own style of facial hair, he will always have one that is unique and distinct to everybody else because of the mentioned factors.
Therefore it is safe to say that the over all appearance of your facial hair, be it good looking or not, really depends on the formation of your lips, jaw and cheek bones.
